Bakery Manager Job Description

Hanna's Bakery Inc. is seeking a skilled Bakery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bakery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are produced while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the production of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes
  • Supervise a team of bakers and pastry chefs to ensure efficient and effective production
  • Develop and implement recipes and menus to meet customer demands
  • Monitor inventory and ordering of supplies and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Train and develop staff to improve skills and productivity
  • Manage the bakery's budget and financial performance
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen
  • Proven track record of managing a team and achieving production goals
  • Strong knowledge of baking and pastry techniques
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
