Job Title: Administrative Assistant

At Fred Trottier Construction Limited, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and compiling data and statistics.
  • Manage office procedures and routines, ensuring a fast-paced and efficient work environment.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve office operations and productivity.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations as needed.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to electronic enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a construction or related industry.
  • Knowledge of Google Docs and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Language

The primary language of work is English, with the ability to communicate effectively in this language.
