About the Clinic:

We are an innovative ADHD clinic that combines medical and behavioral services to assess and treat focusing challenges in children, adolescents, and adults. Our team consists of medical, psychological, and coaching professionals who work closely together under one roof to provide unified treatment.

About the Role:

As a psychologist, you will play a key role in our multidisciplinary team:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and address attention difficulties in clients.
  • Provide expert clinical feedback to clients and their families.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Supervise and train Psychometry staff to ensure high-quality assessment processes.
  • Participate in bi-weekly psychology meetings and monthly clinic-wide meetings.
Commitment and Compensation:
  • Part-time position, 0.4 FTE (16 hours per week).
  • Two in-person workdays per week, scheduled between Monday and Friday, 9am-5pm.
  • Salary: $150,000 per year, pro-rated to reflect part-time schedule.
Requirements:
  • Registration and good standing with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO) as an independent practitioner.
  • Registration with CPO as a Clinical or School Psychologist.
  • Authorized client population: Children and Adolescents.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Clinical experience with a wide age range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults with various mental health presentations.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
  • Strong writing skills and comfort with technology.
  • Excellent client retention and rapport.
  • A progressive attitude towards the field of mental health services.
