Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor - Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at ALBERTA LTD. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties and provide guidance on sales techniques and customer service.
- Authorize payments by cheque and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Order merchandise and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Authorize return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, including training and development.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced retail environment.
- Standing for extended periods.

- Dependability and ability to work under pressure.
What We Offer:
- Permanent full-time position.
