This is a permanent, full-time position with 40 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will have a strong background in retail operations and management, with experience in supervising a team of 3-4 people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Order merchandise and authorize return of merchandise as needed.
  • Sell merchandise and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales growth.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and employee conflicts.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of employees to meet business objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail operations or management.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.

What We Offer
