Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of 11-15 staff members, overseeing daily store operations, and ensuring excellent customer service. If you have a passion for retail and leadership, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train staff members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales targets and implement visual merchandising strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
