Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at JDHM nettoyage inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Assist in the development and implementation of cleaning schedules and procedures
  • Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards
  • Develop and implement procedures for handling customer complaints and concerns
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. hospitality, facilities management)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the job
