We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our team at Podollan Grande Prairie Inn & Spa Inc.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide exceptional massage therapy services to our clients, utilizing a range of techniques to promote relaxation, reduce muscle tension, and improve overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer massage techniques to clients, including soft tissue manipulation, relaxation techniques, hydrotherapy, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilizations.
- Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to address their specific concerns.
- Communicate effectively with clients, explaining procedures, risks, and benefits, and providing education on self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments provided and client progress.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Registration with a provincial or territorial association for massage therapists.
- Basic security clearance.
- Own transportation.
- Manual dexterity and ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
