Job Title: Spa Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spa Receptionist to join our team at Prairie Horizon Therapeutic Massage. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage appointments, including scheduling, confirming, and canceling sessions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including appointment history and communication.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions in a secure and efficient manner.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Collaborate with our massage therapists to ensure seamless communication and a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
