Job Title: Spa Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spa Receptionist to join our team at Prairie Horizon Therapeutic Massage. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage appointments, including scheduling, confirming, and canceling sessions as needed.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring that all necessary supplies and materials are available.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Collaborate with our massage therapists to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and management.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
