Sales and Operations Leadership Opportunity

Connect Hearing Canada, a leading hearing care provider, is seeking a seasoned Sales and Operations leader to join our team. As Senior Vice President of Sales, you will lead the Sales and Operations teams in developing key initiatives and driving daily operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring program adoption and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes
  • Provide leadership to the sales organization and counsel to the Managing Director
  • Invest in growing leaders through strategic planning, financial management, and operational oversight
  • Foster a culture of continuous process improvement
  • Optimize sales personnel deployment and make recommendations for changing roles or team configurations
  • Define performance measurements and performance management programs
  • Ensure sales reporting and internal intelligence is provided to the sales organization
  • General management and oversight of Operations departments

Requirements:
  • 10+ years business sales and/or operations responsibility
  • 10+ years people management experience
  • Experience leading national retail for double-digit annual growth
  • Performance analysis capabilities and senior-level storytelling
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Familiarity with various business software
