Meat Cutter and Retail Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter and Retail Specialist to join our team at Premium Grill N Butcher. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Cutting and Preparation: Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to meet customer demands.
- Meat Handling: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, as well as remove bones from meat.
- Wrapping and Packaging: Wrap and package prepared meats to ensure freshness and quality.
- Customer Service: Sell meats to customers, provide product information, and offer recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
As a Meat Cutter and Retail Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and maintain attention to detail.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: Experience in a retail or food service environment is an asset.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
