We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter and Retail Specialist to join our team at Premium Grill N Butcher. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting and Preparation: Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to meet customer demands.
  • Meat Handling: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, as well as remove bones from meat.
  • Wrapping and Packaging: Wrap and package prepared meats to ensure freshness and quality.
  • Customer Service: Sell meats to customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Work Environment

As a Meat Cutter and Retail Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience in a retail or food service environment is an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy loads, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
