We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter Specialist to join our team at DESI MANDI. As a key member of our butchery team, you will be responsible for preparing and processing high-quality meats for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting
  • Cut and trim meats to standard cuts
  • Wrap and package prepared meats
  • Remove bones from meat
  • Weigh meats for sale
  • Cut poultry into parts
  • Price meat products
  • Clean and prepare fish and shellfish
  • Sell meats to customers
  • Supervise other butchers and meat cutters
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
