Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Officer to join our team at Alliance Trade & Commerce.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various financial tasks, including calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, maintaining general ledgers and financial statements, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Handling: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Reporting: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports as required.

As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits, including dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, and more.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and organizational skills.
