About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Cybersecurity Lead to develop and lead the Project Management Office (PMO) for our Enterprise and Public Sector Business Unit at MOBIA. This role will be instrumental in driving the success of our cybersecurity initiatives and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement PMO Best Practices: Establish and maintain project management templates, tools, and processes, provide mentorship and guidance to project managers and team members.
  • Project Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives, create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, conduct regular risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Expertise: Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, and trends, ensure projects align with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity and/or systems engineering project management, proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale cybersecurity and infrastructure projects, experience working with both public sector and enterprise clients.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Cyber Security Governance Certifications (e.g., Security+, CISM, CRISC, CSIA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent.
