**Job Overview:**

  Fortinet, Inc. is a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled Data Center Technician to join our team.

  As a Data Center Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data center infrastructure. You will be responsible for assisting with migration activity, installation, and patching, as well as collecting assets and network patching data.

  **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist with migration activity, installation, and patching in the data center
  • Collect assets and network patching data
  • Procure and deploy DC equipment and perform required physical connections
  • Work with the network team to troubleshoot network issues
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all deployed assets
  • Troubleshoot Layer 1 and Layer 2 network issues
  • Ensure the DC is neat and clean at all times

  **Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of experience in networking
  • 2+ years of experience working in a data center environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Experience in deploying, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting data center devices
  • Previous experience with DCIM tool is an asset

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP)
  • Computer Science background or Networking Certification
