Cybersecurity Operations Manager

At Intello Technologies Inc., we're looking for a seasoned Cybersecurity Operations Manager to join our team in the West region. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a technical team responsible for the operations, project support, and assurance of critical cybersecurity infrastructure, platforms, and applications.

- Guide the team effectively during challenging times, such as incident troubleshooting, degradation mitigation, and recovery
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing strategic cybersecurity infrastructure, platforms, and applications critical to protecting TELUS. You'll collaborate with design teams to deploy new cybersecurity solutions and manage their lifecycle, work closely with stakeholders to ensure reliable performance and minimize service degradation, and partner with vendor management to establish maintenance and support requirements.
You'll also be responsible for supporting established KPIs to measure performance against expected business outcomes, proactively planning for operational and assurance needs, including Cloud, NextGen tools, and automation, and providing project coordination and management support, prioritizing resource allocation based on business priorities.
