Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Residential Property Custodian to join our team at Mainstreet Equity Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential properties within our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain floors, including sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and washing of entrances, laundry rooms, and other common areas.
  • Pick up garbage and recyclables from inside and outside buildings.
  • Vacuum hallways, clean carpets and rugs, and polish hardwood and vinyl floors.
  • Shampoo carpets and rugs as needed.
  • Clean appliances, fixtures, and fittings inside and out.
  • Dust furniture and clean metal surfaces.
  • Clean windows, walls, and surfaces.
  • Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, taps, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
  • Clean and disinfect kitchens, including appliances and fixtures.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in cleaning or a related field.
  • A valid driver's license (Class 7 holders not eligible).
  • A reliable vehicle for use at work.
  • Ability to pass a security clearance.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends (5 days per week).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
