Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop advanced analytical models using SAS, SQL, Python, and Databricks to analyze data from various sources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business strategy.
Create informative and visually engaging reports using Tableau to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and errors to ensure data quality and integrity.
Liaise with IT to understand data sources, tables, and best practices for data management.
Lead special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
Advanced experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and statistical modeling.
Strong knowledge of data mining software, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization tools.
Experience working with large and complex data sets, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
