Job Description

As a Floor Care Specialist, your primary duties will include:

  • Sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors to maintain their appearance and cleanliness
  • Vacuuming carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a dust-free environment
  • Cleaning and disinfecting kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to prevent the spread of germs
  • Cleaning and disinfecting elevators to maintain a safe and healthy working environment
  • Handling and reporting lost and found items to ensure they are returned to their rightful owners
  • Picking up debris and emptying trash containers to keep the workspace tidy
  • Washing windows, walls, and ceilings to provide an optimal working environment
  • Addressing customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Work Setting

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires flexibility and adaptability. You will work on-site, visiting various locations to perform cleaning services. We offer relocation assistance to help you get started in your new role.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as a Floor Care Specialist, you should have:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required; willingness to train and learn on the job
  • Experience in a similar field or related industry
