We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Advisor. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion Customer Interactions: Oversee the entire sales process from initial interest to final payment, including pursuing all sales opportunities and follow-up activities.
  • Champion Customer Happiness: Establish a special connection with past and potential customers, and identify and understand their travel needs.
  • Provide a superior level of customer service through accurate and timely information on destinations, flights, fares, special offers, and other travel products.
  • Help create and assemble customer tour packages for deployment, finalize payments for customers, and send out tour information through individual or batch mailings.
The First 90 Days

By the end of the first 90 days, you should have a solid understanding of the company, its operations, and sales processes, engaging with customers and familiarizing yourself with our systems and guest demographic.

Experience: Inbound & Outbound sales and customer service, ideally in premium travel

Language: Proficiency in English, written and spoken

Accreditations: OPC Travel Certificate and/or TICO Travel Advisor a strong asset

Requirements: Work Permit
