At Aviva Canada, we're looking for a skilled Change Analyst to support our IT department in delivering our Change Portfolio. This includes transitioning projects and programs to Business As Usual (BAU) and ensuring appropriate risk and control measures are in place.

The successful candidate will provide leadership, input, and expertise to support technical delivery programs and projects, ensuring business, technology, and operational readiness for key projects across Aviva Canada. This includes forming and supporting technology change management plans, robust communications strategies, learning and development strategies, and identification and updating of processes and procedures.

The Change Analyst will also be responsible for providing support to establish and monitor key performance indicators, ensuring they underpin critical decision-making. Additionally, they will proactively manage issues around people, process, and technology impacts of IT change across the IT department and where applicable, the business.

The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale organizational change, considering customer, market, and internal factors. They will possess excellent written and presentation communication skills, good awareness of risk, control, and governance requirements, and be comfortable working in a complex and ambiguous environment.
