As a Change Analyst at Aviva, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports the IT department. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth delivery of Aviva Canada's Change Portfolio.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the change assurance and business readiness manager with input and expertise to ensure business, technology, and operational readiness for key projects across Aviva Canada.
  • Developing and implementing technology change management plans, robust communications strategies, and learning and development strategies.
  • Identifying and updating processes and procedures to ensure seamless transitions and deployments.
  • Providing support to establish and monitor key performance indicators and ensuring these underpin critical decision-making.
  • Proactively managing issues related to people, process, and technology impacts of IT change across the IT department and the business.
  • Delivering integrated plans to support the safe delivery of change, including coordination activities as required.
  • Ensuring adherence to the Aviva Change Framework and providing assurance over the IT change portfolio.
  • Reporting and producing analysis around the IT Change Portfolio to provide assurance on change activity.
  • Proactively managing risks and assisting with risk workshops and other workshops as appropriate.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience of large-scale organizational change, considering customer, market, and internal factors.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and excellent written and presentation communication skills.
  • Good awareness of risk, control, and governance requirements and ideally have worked in a highly regulated environment.
  • Comfortable working in a complex and ambiguous environment, managing both complexity and volume of demand.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with peers and manage multiple stakeholders.
