Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at the LCBO. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate our computerized cash registers and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, including lifting cases of varying weights and sizes.
- Participate in job rotational duties, including standing for extended periods and processing customer transactions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and wholesale and trade representatives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Physical ability to lift cases of varying weights and sizes, and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Eligibility to work in Canada, and a minimum of 18 years of age.
