We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Driver Sales Representative to join our team at North Star Linen & Uniform Services Inc. As a Driver Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering and selling our products to customers in a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and Sell Products: Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver and sell our products to customers in a designated territory.
- Build Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Manage Inventory: Ensure accurate inventory levels and manage stock to meet customer demands.
- Operate Company Vehicle: Safely operate a company vehicle to transport products and equipment.
- Perform Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Inspections: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
- Record Trip Information: Accurately record trip information, including vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any issues encountered.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Will train.
- Certifications and Licenses: Air Brake (Z) Endorsement, Driver's License (Class 3 or D), DZ class license.
- Transportation/Travel Experience: Local and regional experience required.
- Security and Safety: Driving record check (abstract) required.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's license required.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, overtime required.
- Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, cellular phone.
