Housekeeping Manager

R A J K O S H I N C. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services.
- Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Maintain accurate financial records and receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
- Assist cleaners in performing their duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all cleaning staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
The Housekeeping Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The role will involve standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling, as well as handling heavy loads.
Requirements:- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
