Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Hampton Inn by Hilton Kingston. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel facilities.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas.
- Inspect hotel rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Assist housekeeping staff in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role.
- College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for extended periods and lifting.
