About Us:
Soucy values authenticity and commitment on a daily basis. As part of our accounting and finance team, you'll play a key role in payroll management.
Your Role: In this position, you will manage the entire payroll process via Nethris, UKG, and SAP systems, including entry, verification, validation, and issue of payrolls.
Your Responsibilities: Reconcile general ledger accounts for payroll, social charges, benefits, and expense reports. Process and track payroll adjustments, prepare and transmit government documents, manage employee benefits, and prepare payroll-related journal entries in Excel.
Collaboration and Support: Work closely with Finance and Human Resources departments, assist with statistical reports, answer employees' questions about compensation and deductions, and help prepare salary and benefits forecasts and budgets.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in the continuous improvement of payroll processes and the optimization of existing systems to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of payroll data.
