Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week.
