We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Aide to join our team at Talbot Manor My Life Retirement Living. As a Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities and ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Perform various tasks related to patient care and comfort, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Take patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Make beds and maintain patients' rooms to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Supervise patients' exercise routines and maintain inventory of supplies.
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations and collect specimens as needed.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work under pressure, perform repetitive tasks, and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client care and comfort.
