We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Aide to join our team at Talbot Manor My Life Retirement Living. As a Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for monitoring residents' health and well-being, administering medications, and providing emotional support and companionship.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
  • Administer medications as directed by the nursing staff
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties
  • Participate in resident care planning and implementation
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
