We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Aide to join our team at Talbot Manor My Life Retirement Living. As a Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and providing emotional support to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
  • Administer medications as directed by the nursing staff
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • College diploma or certificate in a related field
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
