Customer Service Representative - Insurance

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide knowledgeable answers to their questions about products, pricing, and availability.
  • Input customer policies within guidelines and compliance.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer needs.
  • Data entry in various platforms.
  • Detail-oriented tasks such as coordinating and following up on client documents.
  • Aiding senior brokers with daily administrative and organizational needs.
  • Overseeing duties such as drafting documents, collecting and analyzing information, managing incoming correspondence, attending meetings, and organizing analytical information for data collection purposes.

Qualifications:
  • RIBO licensed.
  • Two or more years of experience in customer service.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing responsibilities.
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Education:
  • High school or equivalent.
