Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide knowledgeable answers to their questions about insurance products, pricing, and availability.
  • Input customer policies within guidelines and compliance.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer needs.
  • Data entry in various platforms.
  • Detail-oriented and able to coordinate and follow up on client documents.
  • Aiding assigned senior broker with daily administrative and organizational needs.
  • Overseeing duties such as drafting documents, collecting and analyzing information, managing incoming correspondence, attending meetings, and organizing analytical information for data collection purposes.

Qualifications
  • RIBO licensed.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously while prioritizing responsibilities.
  • Confident with the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Education
  • High school or equivalent.
