Job SummaryWe are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Horizon Health Network. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary and specialty care to patients in a variety of settings
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Current registration with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick (NANB)
- Written and spoken competence in English
- Advanced practice nursing experience and education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
