About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Child Care Provider to join our team at Vaibhav Sood, Shikha Setia. As a key member of our home care team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Household Management: Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the children.
  • Light Housekeeping and Cleaning: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized home.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals to meet the dietary needs of the children.
  • Child Care and Supervision: Supervise and care for children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Personal Care: Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, as well as assist with personal hygiene and social development.
  • Discipline and Guidance: Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, while also providing guidance and support to promote healthy development.
  • Therapeutic Diets and Menus: Plan and prepare therapeutic diets and menus to meet the specific needs of the children.
  • Laundry and Linens: Launder clothing and household linens to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications as directed by the parents or healthcare professionals.
  • Exercise and Activities: Assist in regular exercise, such as walking, and plan activities to promote physical and mental well-being.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in child care or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking environment.
  • Work Setting: Employer's home or work in employer's/client's home.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
