Unit Supervisor

McDonald's restaurant is seeking a skilled Unit Supervisor to lead our kitchen team and ensure exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate Supplies and Ingredients: Accurately forecast ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation.
- Quality Control: Ensure food and service meet our high standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns promptly.
- Records and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and submit timely reports.
About the Role:
This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and a secondary school graduation certificate.
