Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Develop and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and repairs
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
