Food Service Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food preparation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring timely ordering and minimizing waste.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for management.
- Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and promoting a healthy work-life balance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a team-oriented setting, with opportunities for growth and development.
Language:English is the primary language spoken in our restaurant, and proficiency in English is required for this role.
