Physiotherapist - Community Healthcare Specialist

Closing the Gap Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in Port Hope, Cobourg, and Bewdley, ON.
About the RoleThis Physiotherapist will provide therapy services to clients in their homes, bringing a holistic approach to patient care. The ideal candidate will have current active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and possess excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver physiotherapy services in a community setting, focusing on client-centered care.
- Manage time and workload effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain a positive work environment.
- Current active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing.
- Knowledge of legislation, regulations, and policies applicable to practice.
- Valid Driver's License (G2/G) and reliable insured vehicle.
- Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) within 12 months of hire (or in process), with a current Criminal Records Check.
- Enticing travel commute allowance included.
