Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at Grammarly, Inc. in the United States or Canada. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our corporate infrastructure and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud-based business systems, including NetSuite, Coupa, Workday Adaptive Insight, and Celigo.
  • Integrate cloud services across operation teams into the corporate solution.
  • Configure and maintain the financial planning system.
  • Manage extensive integrations and updates to core workflows.
  • Ensure the availability and health of information systems through service monitoring, change management, and system data integrity.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical skills in financial software and systems, including NetSuite ERP system, financial reporting tools, and budgeting and forecasting software.
  • Experience with systems integration, especially how finance systems integrate with other enterprise systems.
  • Strong data management and analytics expertise, including modeling, warehousing, and integration.
  • Knowledge of financial compliance and security standards, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and data privacy regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with finance teams, IT departments, and other stakeholders.
