Senior System Safety Engineer

CS Group Canada is seeking a highly skilled Senior System Safety Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Functional Safety CS Group Canada, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our complex high-tech systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct hazard analysis and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards throughout the system lifecycle.
- Define safety goals and requirements for system components and subsystems, including hardware and software.
- Perform safety analyses, including FMEA, FTA, DFA, and fault injection, to evaluate system safety performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Participate in technical discussions as part of business development efforts.
- Perform reviews on functional safety and cybersecurity work products.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years experience in system safety engineering, with a focus on automotive systems.
- Experience in hazard analysis and risk assessments (HARA / HAZOP).
- Experience in system safety analysis type FMEA.
- Advanced medical, dental and vision insurance.
