We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Lennox Drum Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other key metrics
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to team members
  • Train and develop staff to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for long periods
