This includes providing ongoing coaching, development opportunities, and performance feedback to ensure that your team is equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Participate in engaging customers in sales activities as part of your daily responsibilities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Wireless Sales Representatives, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
