Job Title: Construction Site Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Team Lead to join our team at Brarco Construction Ltd.

The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Job

This is a full-time position that requires working on-site at the construction project location. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of construction practices, procedures, and regulations, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. They will be able to motivate and direct a team of workers to achieve project goals and objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily activities of the construction site, including planning, coordination, and supervision of work.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of site activities, including progress, costs, and personnel matters.
  • Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
