About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team at Purdys Chocolatier in Bramalea City Centre. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that all functions relating to merchandising, customer service, and general shop operations are performed efficiently and to the company's policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure that all shop operations are performed efficiently and to the company's policies and guidelines
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the Shop Management to achieve business objectives
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales associates to improve their performance
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales and improving customer engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lead by example
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
