Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza (Team Tenfold Group). As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Operations: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, prepare and submit reports, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Team Development: Establish work schedules, supervise 3-4 people, and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
