Kitchen Assistant

In the dynamic environment of Delhi Street Restaurant, we are seeking a skilled Kitchen Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess strong multitasking abilities.
As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Your tasks will include cleaning and sanitizing equipment, preparing food items, and maintaining a clean working environment. You will also be involved in serving customers at counters or buffet tables, taking orders, and replenishing condiments and supplies as needed.

The estimated salary for this position is $35,000-$45,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Our full-time hours are 35 hours per week, and we offer a permanent employment contract. Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
- Prepare and heat simple food items, such as soups and salads
- Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
- Take orders and deliver food to customers
- Replenish condiments and supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. You must be able to stand for extended periods, move quickly, and perform repetitive tasks.
