We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at 502005 NB Limited. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety to prevent cross-contamination and foodborne illness.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 25 to 30 hours per week
